This is where it all began. Our flagship workspace; hand crafted with love and nestled in the centre of East London’s creative hub Hackney Wick. This vibrant space is located between the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Victoria Park with attractive transportation links. Covering an enormous 16,000 sqft, the former dye-cutting factory is now re-purposed into three different floors of award-winning canal side Offices, Studios and Coworking space.

 

The open-plan coworking space on the 2nd floor enjoys loads of natural light in a room with high ceilings and great views in every direction. A relaxed and friendly yet focused atmosphere consisting of mix businesses and freelancers such as architects, web developpers, film editors, app designers, ECCO (Economy of Hours)…

 

The first floor studios have been designed to suit a variety of creative professionals. There is a range of self-contained spaces / offices suitable for photography and fashion design. There is also 10 music studios / production rooms. The comfortable communal lounge and kitchen offers a place for some ‘down time’ and the opportunity to connect with other members.

 

We are also host to the exciting and visionary canal side Number 90 bar & Kitchen. This is a fun, thriving venue that boasts a well stocked bar, a vibrant menu on the edge of the Lea River.
