Just enough space for you to get started, or for an established business to work solo. You’ll have the privacy you need to move, think and create but also have other friendly creative makers as your neighbours.
Enclosed and lockable studio with just enough space to express yourself and make a big mess.

Large Studio Studio with mezzanine from
Two floors of private space for you to spread out and maximise your creativity and productivity. The big ground floor area is where most of the current Mainyarders do their making and creating either solo or with their team and then have either a clean and neat desk workspace upstairs on their private mezzanine or a super cool chill out area.
